The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) 11, 12, and 13, established by the UN, address interconnected environmental and social aspects that seek to promote sustainable cities, responsible consumption practices, and actions to combat climate change. Your project to incentivize sustainability in companies can contribute to the advancement of these three goals in several ways:

SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities: This goal aims to make cities more inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable. Your project contributes especially by encouraging low-carbon transport (such as bicycles, public and shared transport) and actions to reduce the environmental impact of companies in cities, promoting greener urban mobility. Promoting low-carbon transportation in companies directly supports target 11.2, which aims to provide safe, accessible, and sustainable transport systems.

SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production: This goal focuses on the need to reduce waste and promote the efficient use of resources. Your project aligns with this SDG through actions to reduce water and energy consumption, as well as encouraging the separation of recyclable waste. Target 12.2, which deals with the sustainable use of natural resources, and target 12.5, which aims to reduce waste through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse, are directly benefited by promoting these sustainable practices in companies.
